Once you have signed up for an RCA hosting plan, you will receive a welcome email. This email will contain your URL link to your cPanel account. It will also contain the user name and password for getting into your account. Generally speaking, the URL to your cPanel will be a subdomain on the domain name you just added to our service. So as an example: if you signed up with the domain name www.myvaluableaccount.tld you will access your cPanel account by going to https://cpanel.myvaluableaccount.tld and you will enter your username and password to access this page.
If you have not had your domain name's DNS changed yet, you can access this page by going to https://xyznn.rcahosting.com:2096 where xyznn is the server host name where your account is located. Then enter your user name and password and you will be able to access your cPanel account.
