You are able to open a support ticket either from your cPanel tools panel or from your WHMCS login.
A. From your cPanel control panel.
- Log into your cPanel using the credentials that you received when you started your account
- Click on the Tools link in the Left Navigation
- Slide down to the Billing & Support section
- Click on the Open Ticket icon
B. From your WHMCS panel.
- Browse to the front door of WHMCS for RCA hosting here: https://rcahosting.com/whmcs/
- Log in with your credentials that you received when you started your account
- On the Top Navigation find the link that says Open Ticket
- Click on the Open Ticket link and enter your ticket information
