Information needed to access support Print

First you need to open the Ticket Support of cPanel. Then click on the link called "Ticket Support" under where you see: 

Create new Support Request

Verify that your name and email address are correct. In the dropdowns select the Department, Related Service, and Priority of your request.  Type in the Subject of your request.  Make it as specific as possible and enter only one item per ticket.  You may have three issues, but only put in one at a time.  This is so that we can have multiple support staff work on all your issues.  Under the Message section, try and describe your issue and if you need to attach screenshots or other files you should do that on this page also.  Submit your ticket request, and we will take it from there.
